Mike uses Ruby on Rails for most Web sites he develops these days. He tends not to do layout or CSS (can, but tends not to) but often does front-end/back-end integration points such as XHTML and JavaScript (and maps!).
Sometimes Mike blogs about programming; other times he works on his personal programming projects.
